Whether teaching Gentle/Restorative yoga or Yoga dance, I set out to provide a supportive, nurturing environment, emphasizing awareness of body sensations as we move and breathe, becoming more grounded and vibrant. Hatha YogaAn eclectic class with emphasis on aligning and listening to the body’s response to movement and breath. Class may include static and flow pose sequences, strengthening, meditation, gentle inversions and conscious relaxation. All levels welcome. Yoga BasicsA class for anyone new to yoga or wanting to review and refresh their practice. Class is slow-paced, with plenty of support and description to make you feel safe, supported and wanting to do Yoga more and more. Teen YogaFor ages 12-18, engaging the teen body, mind and spirit, paced for fun, noncompetitive, strengthening, relaxing all with music you will enjoy. YogakidsFor children ages 8-11, Games, story and creative movement makes Yoga come alive for children. Class is playful and relaxing, strengthening, yet noncompetitive, builds grace and self-esteem. Family YogaTime to share yoga with your little ones, for ages 4-7 with an adult. Thematic-based class, with plenty of movement, games, song and cuddling. |
